Hi, I’m Robert Hall — Owner and Operator of Voltera Solutions here in Bakersfield, CA.

With over a decade of hands-on experience in solar and electrical systems, I’ve built my career on doing things the right way: safely, reliably, and with care for the people I serve. I’ve worked on everything from full solar installations and panel upgrades to EV chargers, battery backups, and everyday electrical repairs. Over the years, I’ve led installation teams, managed service calls, and helped hundreds of customers keep their systems running smoothly.

My journey into this trade started with family. My father-in-law owned and operated one of Bakersfield’s most respected HVAC and solar businesses from 1985 until he sold it in 2016. He took me under his wing early on and passed down not just his knowledge, but the kind of work ethic that sticks with you. I carry that with me every day on the job.

Voltera Solutions is my way of bringing all that experience home — offering honest, quality work to my local community, one project at a time.

I’m currently in the process of acquiring my C10 Electrical Contractor’s License, which will allow me to expand my service offerings even further. You may notice some services listed as “Coming Soon” — that’s because I believe in doing everything by the book and being upfront about what I can and can’t do at this stage. That said, I’m happy to answer questions or help point you in the right direction if I can’t take something on just yet.

When I’m not out on a job, I’m spending time with my family. My wife and I stay busy keeping up with our two kids, enjoying beach days, family game nights, and hiking whenever we get the chance. We love where we live, and I take a lot of pride in serving the people in and around Bakersfield.
